Sending many thanks for a job well done! Installer David did a great job. He was personable and professional. He called ahead to advise me he was on his way and he provided me with important general information about my garage door, potentially saving me $100s down the track. Thanks so much! Very pleased!

Made a booking for a motor to be installed to an existing garage roller door. Competitive pricing and was promised a quick install the following week.
the day it was meant to be installed, cancelled due to being held up from other jobs, rescheduled the next day. cancelled again with a phone call only 15mins before he was due to arrive. Call centre indicated the reason was there were a heap of jobs that day and looks like you were forgotten about. Offered to reschedule again...but unfortunately how am i to believe a reschedule wont happen again?
disappointed.

My sincere thanks for the wonderful service that I received from Express Garage doors following the installation of my quiet and smooth operation, B&D Flex-A-Door and B&D automatic opener. From the initial sales discussion through to the expert, friendly and extremely competent installer, the overall experience has been faultless. Can sincerely recommend Les and the team at Express Garage Doors if you are looking at purchasing a new garage door and opener. Kind Regards

Highly recommended. My garage door cable snapped, and the garage door had come off its rails and I needed after hours repair as our car was inside. Les took my call and quoted me the price upfront. I agreed, and Tim attended my premises promptly. Tim was professional, pleasant, and efficient. A good bloke. He checked multiple times to make sure that everything was working again properly before he finished. Would call them again. Thanks Tim!
