Your Trusted Partner for Inclusive NDIS Services on the Sunshine Coast
Equity Works Assoc. Inc. has been dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities since 2001. Originally established as the Sunshine Coast Family Networks Association by Nambour Special School parents, we rebranded in 2013 to better reflect our commitment to inclusion and equity. As an NDIS Registered Provider and Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission-registered charity, we deliver personalized services that foster independence and community participation. Our team of Sunshine Coast-based professionals specializes in tailored support coordination, short-term accommodation, and supported independent living programs. Through initiatives like Equity Makers and the Here Now Next project, we create pathways for artistic expression and sustainable employment.

Our approach prioritizes individual strengths while maintaining rigorous compliance with national disability standards. With over two decades of experience, we combine deep sector knowledge with practical expertise to implement customized solutions that address complex challenges. Our authority in the disability services sector is demonstrated through our long-standing community partnerships and innovative program delivery. We maintain transparent operations through regular reporting and a formal complaints management system that prioritizes client feedback. Our commitment to trustworthiness is evidenced by our NDIS registration status and adherence to Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission requirements.
