Do you groom large dog breeds?
We no longer service large+ breeds including those over 15kg. Border Collies, German Shepherds, and similar breeds are excluded.
What areas do you service?
We operate in Mill Park (3082), Epping (3076), Lalor (3075), and specified postcodes listed on our website.
What happens if I book a restricted breed?
Bookings for large+ breeds are cancelled without notification. A 50% fee applies if we attend and find an ineligible breed.

Our groomer Jaydan was so immensely helpful and accommodating that I recommend his help enough. We had access issues with our property and Jaydan assisted us with re-booking and working out a solution to our problem, always friendly and with a smile. Really happy with the end result, and little Karen seems to be as well.

I would highly recommend Tani's Mobile Doggy Wash to everyone! Our dog Bailey is extremely fussy and hates getting his fur groomed - however ever since we have started using Tani's Mobile Doggy Wash, he now looks forward to it! The groomers are very understanding of our dog's needs and do everything they can to put him at ease and make him comfortable. They do a professional job every time (despite Bailey's squirming!) and are just lovely to deal with. I wish we had discovered Tani's a long time ago! Special thank you to Tani and Jayden, who have always gone above and beyond for us!

First experience was fine. Received 2 text messages from the business for a follow up appointment. Left a message on two separate occasions with no response. Finally got through the third time round and was spoken to so rudley and i was advised she can't ring back every missed call because she has i life too. Brilliant customer service NOT. How rude

Great service and my dog actually loves it, and she has a lot of anxiety so that's unusual. Reasonable/standard prices as well. Booking system online is easy to use.
Tani's comes to your house so your dog is always the only one they have their attention on, so your dog won't be locked in a cage while groom other dogs (I was shocked when I realised that was standard practice in store). I'm just really happy with them all round and would highly recommend them.

In response to your reply Tani, there was no need to respond with lies or exaggerations. If I was such a bad customer who missed appointments or accused groomers of not attending, I don't think you would have continued to take my bookings. Regarding the phone call, it's very frustrating when you have a phone number on your site that can never be reached by customers in these situations. We were home all day today, but Russell rang, waited 60 seconds and left and this is all available for your viewing on CCTV if needed. I don't have the phone call recorded but you can imagine the frustration when

We engaged Elizabeth's grooming service for the first time in Nov2019. She was great with our dog. It was our dog's first grooming session since we adopted him. We were afraid he will not do well at grooming. Surprisingly, Elizabeth was so good with him it was such a great experience for us and our furry kid. Her prices are very reasonable and we were satisfied with the full groom. Will definitely be using Tani's Mobile doggy wash again in the future.
