The receptionists who work here are lovely and the medical staff are very knowledgeable. I have social anxiety and find friendly people a lot easier to deal with. Thanks for taking a positive attitude to your job. The public appreciate it!

Hubby was admitted for surgery. All staff were fabulous (barr 1st young nurse who did initial set up in room - did not acknowledge at all that I was in the room & the young patronizing discharge nurse). That aside, my husband was well cared for and I cannot praise enough, the professionalism of the rest of the staff on this occasion. I was told by the lovely admission lady where all of the facilities were. Very in tune with dietary requirements. A huge compliment and thanks to the gorgeous nurse Michelle who took the time to introduce herself upon hand/change over and tended to our every need.
