The shop is closed on Saturday, but the door and Google Map show open on Saturday 7am to 11amfuck it.I went, wasting my time

I bought a new canopy through the dealer, but the paint began flaking after 3-4 years and Caddy Storage blamed it on a bad production batch but wouldn't warranty it. I realised they just resold another product type. Then I tried to get replacements for unmarked gas struts and they were pretty unhelpful and had no records for a product they sold. I would not buy from them again.

It was a great experience to have worked with the team at Caddy Storage Blacktown. Their friendly staff were amazing, especially Pete. Their level of communication was exceptional, as well as their professional workmanship as clearly shown in the photos. We had the 2021 VW Caddy (one of the first at the time) and certain items were not yet available for this model, but Pete was able to arrange custom/modified items for us. Thank you to the team at Caddy Storage Blacktown who helped us with our little van that can :)

Ridicules services, I went to shop to buy just a lock at 2:30 pm on business day, The guy did not want to go to warehouse to pick it up and sell it to me. Asking to me come back on another day. I specially drove here to buy a lock on business hours. Would not recommend caddy storage ever

Great knowledge about the vehicle to be worked on and their solutions to what i was trying to achieve were second to none. They have all types of utility vehicles at their office which showcase the different products available which is also very helpful.

The guy I dealt with was nice at first but after the deal was done he ended up being rude and unprofessional I suggest you consider other options. They dont care about small/medium sized businesses. Damaged rear tailgate of my van (dented it and broke rear tail light) denied it, damaged inside of my van and wasnt until after I pointed out it was damaged they put some touch up paint on it, also told me to come back to shop as my van was it was ready for pickup ended up waiting another 2 hours in store as it wasnt ready. Storage rack broke after about a year of use.
