Due to the remote-ness, the fishing here is exceptional with a vast array of species on offer ranging from mud crabs to marlin and everything in between - red emperor, coral trout, rankin cod, spangled emperor, Spanish mackerel, Giant Trevally, wahoo, sailfish and blue, black and striped marlin, just to name a few.Fishing is our passion, we live and breathe it - even on our days off we are still out on the water fishing!

A boat for every occasion, allowing us to spend time in some of these remotest regions of WA where the fish bite the best. At the end of the 2005 crayfish season Bill and Chad Mills brought her into the fleet renaming her Blue Lightning III. And that's not the only change they have made to her from the cray fishing days.

Abrolhos Islands

The Abrolhos are in the stream of the Leeuwin Current which runs from North West Cape at Exmouth, south along the WA coast to Cape Leeuwin where it curls eastward along South Australia and flowing all the way to Tasmania. The current creates a meeting place for tropical and temperate marine life and is the southernmost place where true corals will be found in WA.
