The quality of the product I ordered (sword) far exceeded my expectations, the price and shipping were also cheap considering the amazing detail of the product. Customer service was fantastic, we were kept in the loop with shipping updates and when I emailed the store to ask questions before I purchased they replied quickly with resolution.
