They followed-up and confirmed the appointment in a timely manner. Showed up on time and gave me a detailed description of the problems with my fridge, and then let me decide on my options. Highly recommend and would use them again

I do property management and have lots of student rentals so things get broken and so I've been on the search for a new appliance repair as my go to appliance repair retired due to COVID! I'm a big fan of working with locally owed businesses! I've tried out a few other's and figured I'd give Smart Appliance Service a try. I had 3 appliances at 3 different units that were having issues, they scheduled directly with my tenants, and worked with their schedules!
