Services
Fantastic service and a very reliable team. The boys got me out of a very tricky situation (had other plumbers around but none had the equipment that Platinum Pipe Relining had) saving me from cutting up my concrete driveway! Platinum pipe relining has given me peace of mind. Finally the section of sewer that was causing me trouble by always blocking underneath my driveway is fixed - for good!
How It Works
Report
Pipe relining is an effective and non-intrusive way to repair underground pipes and sewers. It eliminates the need to dig so is a cleaner, more environmentally friendly and less damaging solution than pipe replacement. Once we know we are dealing with a damaged or collapsed pipe we can begin to solve the problem for you.
Inversion Lining
Report
If you have lengths of damaged drains that need to be replaced, Inversion Pipe Relining is the system that can get the job done. Effectively, a resin-soaked woven liner is inserted into a drain, leaving a completely sealed length of epoxy pipe inside the existing (damaged) service. Inversion pipe relining can repair drains as long as 50 meters and with diameters of anywhere from 50mm right up to 300mm.
Junction Repair
Report
Drains in Sydney are typically made up of sections or lengths of pipes, with multiple junctions along the length that pick up other fixtures. These junctions are made up of three separate joints, all of which are prone to compromise.

The purpose of a junction repair is to insert a pre-cut liner into the damaged junction, in doing so covering all of the joints and preventing any cracks of getting worse and any tree roots of making their way back into the drain.Similarly to both patch repair and inversion relining, junction repair also leaves a one-piece liner within the drain, bonded to the internal wall of the pipe.
Patch Repair
Report
If you have a section of broken pipe in an inaccessible area, inserting a patch repair can permanently fix the problem with minimal disruption to your home. In fact, in most cases, a patch repair is carried out within 2 hours. The packer is inserted into the drain and manoeuvred into position, often with the aid of a CCTV drain camera.
