Well located at a walking distance from Mollymook beach. Theres a bus stop just in front of the motel. Could be a little noisy if facing the street but not a deal breaker as the window cuts down the noise and aircon worked well. The ceiling fans helped during some warm nights too. The villa we had was very clean throughout. The full size fridge was handy. There were chocolate and drinks waiting for us in the fridge as a gift. That was a lovely gesture. Hot water was hot with a good pressure. Wish there were more hooks to hang clothes and towels in the bathroom. One parking spot per unit.

Modern well presented rooms, great location, walk to beach & Mollymook golf club. Seamless check in by awesome owner. Our first time here, definitely won't be our last
