We offer loans from up to $2,000,000 (more on application) These funds must be used predominantly (more than 50%) for ANY business or investment purpose other than residential investment.* We are the only Australian company offering non-recourse loans.

Crown and Gleeson can advance funds as quickly as one hour from receiving the application. Typically the funds are available the next day. People come to Crown and Gleeson because they want the money NOW. They cannot wait the 30-60 days it takes the Banks to advance the funds or they simply don't have the required documents, paperwork or tax returns demanded by the banks.

Warren Lee holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Sydney. He was admitted to the New South Wales Bar Association in 1976. Warren was then admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 1989.
