Your eyes matter
They prescribed me wrong glasses as my eye sight never changed since last 10years. I went there in 2019 to have a regular check up of my eyes.
Ophthalmologists told me your eye sight has changed and it went up they prescribed me new glasses and after using new glasses for a while I always feel pain in my eye and headache. Then I went to another check up in 2020 in another shop and my Ophthalmologists told me you are using wrong glasses on your eye as my eye slight is same as it was before
Now I gonna sue them. Definitely not professional people.

I had been going to one of the big franchise optometrist companies for many years with varied success with my multifocal lenses. However, after the very first consultation with Rowville Eyecare issues were rectified straight away. The optometrist has a very good manner with customers and explains things clearly. He is thorough, listens and most importantly gets the job done. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that I never give 5 stars. Rowville Eyecare comes very close though.

Been to a few optometrist in the past and Joe is by far the most thorough! Really cares about overall eye health. Never feel rushed and takes the time to explain things. All the staff there are very friendly and helpful.

It was my first ever visit to an optician and it turns out I picked the BEST!!! Joe and his team made me feel comfortable and talked through each step of the checks and tests. The ladies at reception were friendly, funny, and helped me picked the right frame for me. I was never left wondering - I was also advised of next steps and all available options such as I could pay then or when I returned to pick up my glasses. Super people. Super service. I personally recommend this family run business 100%.
