Terrible service. Asked to get analysis done on our spa and got someone come into our backyard not even knocking to confirm what the issue is and started changing a valve unnecessarily breaking what was working and got invoiced for this. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Called in for a quote to replace a sand filter for the pool. Every other places, give me a quote and moved on. Image Pools & Service not only were competitive in your pricing, but above all took time to ask me a few question which the answers led to resolving the issue without replacing the filter. I recommend this business highly as they have high standards and not always look after the bottom line, instead provide service that encourages repeat business.

We had Warren and his team fix a small crack in our pool a few summers ago, they did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. We now call him whenever we are stumped on something happening with the pool, he is always happy to give us advice on what we should do. We would not use anyonefor any future work on our pool. Best in the Hills!
