Welding Gas Supply
We supply high-purity argon, helium, and CO2 mixtures for MIG, TIG, and flux-core welding applications. Gas Cylinder Refills
Our facility offers 24/7 cylinder refill services for privately owned gas cylinders regardless of original supplier. We maintain Australia's largest stock of refillable cylinders with pressure testing up to 45,000kPa. The service includes visual inspection, valve replacement, and hydrostatic testing to AS2030 standards for safety compliance.
Cylinder Testing
As a DNV-approved test station, we perform hydrostatic testing and periodic inspections for gas cylinders. Our computerised Galiso system tests up to 450bar pressure with permanent stamping of compliant cylinders. The service includes internal/external corrosion checks and re-certification meeting Worksafe regulations for industrial gas containers.
Specialty Gas Mixtures
We create custom gas blends for technical applications including plasma cutting, leak detection, and laboratory use.
