Event Staging

Fete Stalls

Unfortunately, our 3 day sporting event was cancelled due to covid. This was a government decision, We had paid for the 3 day service in advance. Once the event was cancelled we were denied a refund or credit note.

Elouera Surf Life Saving Club placed a furniture order worth $40,000 with B Seated Global which is operated by a relative of David Klein. Upon learning that B Seated had gone into Administration, David Klein told us that we had actually paid our deposit of $20,000 to Festival Hire (despite the invoice being issued on B Seated letterhead). Given we had no prior dealings with Festival Hire, in our opinion these actions are dishonest and misleading. We have requested a refund of our deposit, however David Klein has refused to provide this.
