I've had the unfortunate luck of requiring three ACL injuries and after seeing Dr. Hewitt for my first surgery there wasn't anyone else I considered seeing for my revisions. Dr. Hewitt is professional and makes you feel relaxed and calm during discussions around surgery options and follow up post-operatively. Would recommend to anyone who wants the best overall care for knee or shoulder surgery.

Dr. Hewitt is the best shoulder surgeon in Perth. You are in great hands with him and here's why:
I have had not 1 but 4 shoulder operations performed by Dr. Hewitt. The first operation: was to put together my completely shattered collar bone. Broken on Sunday, fixed the next Thursday. Racing Motorcross again 3 months later. No pain, no problems, bone straight and in perfect alignment, no complications and back to full strength 6 months. Minimal scars. The second operation was to remove the Ti plate 6 months later holding my collar bone

In January I had a knee Arthroscopy to smooth a meniscal tear performed by Dr Benjamin Hewitt. It took time to heal but I am very pleased with the results so far. I would highly recommend Dr Hewitt

Dr Ben Hewitt has been amazing. Just over 2 weeks ago I saw Dr Hewitt with a ruptured ACL and 2 days later I was in surgery. I saw him again today and Im well on my way to recovery. He is very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend him.

I have had a knee ACL recon with Dr Hewitt and just recently a Laterjet shoulder recon and both experiences had been a pleasure. Both procedures were absolutely seamless with no complications or mishaps of any-kind and with perfect recovery. Dr Hewitt is great with people (unlike other medical professionals who lack people skills), he can easily describe is procedures in laments terms and communicate on a personal level which provides much needed comfort. The hospital he operates out of (Bethesda Hospital) is beautiful and very comfortable, so are the staff. On top of the whole lot most of the

I recently underwent a shoulder operation with Ben Hewitt. He has been absolutely fabulous from start to finish. He listened carefully to what I had to say, and immediately initiated a clear and straightforward plan. Two days after my MRI he had me booked in for surgery, his receptionists and the entire team at Bethesda hospital were compassionate and efficient. You could not ask for better care or service. If my children ever need an orthopaedic surgeon, Ben and his team would be my first choice.

I have been under Dr Hewitt for a meniscus tear and then a stress fracture for a few months now. Today I was cleared. From the time I walked in the ladies at reception were all so lovely and Dr Hewitt was the best surgeon during and after so thankyou everyone.
