In these uncertain times APD Parcel Delivery is taking every possible action to ensure our services to your businesses remain as unaffected as possible while focusing on the health and well-being of staff and customers alike. Office staff will be working from home if or when required however this may cause delays waiting and response time through the phone system.

You can still book collections using your PIN number through the phone system by calling 08 8416 8000 and selecting option 1. We have also set up an alternate method using the online portal. If your enquiry is not urgent you can email it through and our staff will respond as soon as possible.

Slack Slack Slack!! Incompetent, unprofessional & a complete joke to deal with. This mob couldn’t organise a p**s-up in a brewery. Wish I could do no stars but unfortunately I had to give them the 1 star. Would not recommend….EVER!

Incredibly poor service. Very rude and arrogant. Package has been sitting in their depot for delivery for 1 week and cannot provide an answer when it will be. Have spoken to many people in the call centre that have taken our number to call us back with an update which we never received, then when asked again they said they never had our number. The 'Manager' Tracey, is incredibly rude and unprofessional herself, and does not conduct herself like a manager should. When she asked for our number again, my partner laughed then started to say the number, to which she cut him off and to had a go at him

Worst courier service in Adelaide. Only giving 1 star because you cant give zero, after a issue with them on a different delivery, we now make sure we check that the address is correct, he was going to wrong adress. It happen twice with me. I called and spoke to a really rude lady on the phone who told me she'd pass it on to the managers. I haven't heard back form them. if the choice was mine I would never use them again, totally useless

Do not use very often as I do not live in Adelaide. Started out with great service from Megan and went downhill from there. Just so thankful that my package arrived at its destination in the end.
