Owners Jeremy and Jarrod Lipscombe have owned and operated Team Spirit Sports since 2015. Before this, they worked in the business for several years under the previous owners and mentors who founded the business in 2007. Growing up in a family of 7 children, sport was a very important pastime for Jeremy and Jarrod.
As they grew older, this developed into the love for sport which they have today. Through previous voluntary roles including Race Club Chairman, Rugby Club President, Secretary and Treasury, the boys deeply understand the issues sporting clubs are regularly faced with. Since 2015, the Team Spirit workforce has grown from two staff members to thirteen and counting.
