I've had a second lash adhesive sent out as the first did not work whatsoever. Just getting around to trying the second one and it is exactly the same. Would not know if the lifting serums actually work as the adhesive does not secure the lashes. The shield will stick and then lift. This whole thing is just wrong. I would love to know how the other 5 star reviews actually got this to work because these reviews were the reason I purchased this brand over elleebanna. So disappointed in this brand and their products

Fantastic customer service! Highly recommend the Strong Hold Lash Glue. Other top products are the Crystal Lash Pallet (heavy enough to stay put and not lift up) and Crystal Glue Well (holds the perfect glue dome shape).

The best products I've ever found in my 7 years of being an eyelash technician. The Strong hold glue and short stem fans are my all time favourites. My clients get great wear and longevity from them. The help desk is super helpful and crazy quick delivery.
