ARC offers individualized support to people with a disability through a range of programs and services. Working with community partners in FNQ to create relevant service opportunities and utilising available funding plans such as NDIS to reach goals and gain independence. These supports and services have been developed over many years, and have continued to evolve in response to the changes within the sector, and the needs of ARC's Service Users.
Coordination of Supports

ARC Coordinators of Support are NDIS Registered providers who operate independently of the other components of ARC Disability Services. This means they will provide expert, unbiased support to participants with a focus on enhancing participant choice and control over the support providers and services involved in their lives.
Plan Management

Each Individual choosing ARC will have access to a Coordinator who will be the one stop person for you. Participants engage ARC utilizing their NDIS Plan; ARC Supports the participant as negotiated to ensure they are able to live a regular life and achieve their goals. ARC Plan Management Service provides the opportunity for NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) to "self-direct" their funding.

The purpose of the NDIS is to ensure every Australian with a disability is able to have access to the reasonable and necessary supports required to live an ordinary life.

ARC's core business is to provide supports to people living with disability in their homes and the community. Individuals can choose ARC and direct the services that they wish to receive and when. Individuals are supported to work towards their goals and to be an active participant in their community through NDIA funding for daily activity and social and community participation.
