Excellent service. Ordered shampoo and conditioner on Thursday pm from Perth and received the parcel Tuesday of the following week in Victoria. Cheaper price and free postage. Thank you for the great service, would have no hesitation in recommending Alive and will definately deal with you again in future. Nice touch to receive two free samples of other products. Thank you.

There was a slight error with my order, however as soon as I emailed Alive Skin & Hair about this, I received instant assistance from Steve who helped rectify the issue almost immediately. This is great customer service and I highly recommend the store! :)
