I have been getting my tax done here for the last 5 years, and every time they go above and beyond to get the best out of our return. They are professional, trustworthy, and I wouldnt go to anyone else. I like that we dont have to make a booking, we just rock up to the kiosk and do our return.

Disappointed considering last year 2 of my group certificates weren't processed last year, considering i found after i got home to find them left with the paper work in last year's tax. To have to pay ATO this year is really inconvenient. Also to be messaged about not signing all paperwork and having to go back to finish off signing paperwork that wasn't shown to me when getting this years tax done. The shopping centre they are located is a nightmare enough to get in, so going back during school holidays was worse. Not sure if I'll continue with this accountant.
