Did a superb job of removing a visible stain on my favourite jacket that I wasn't ready to part company with. I wasn't sure if it was going to be possible. I am pleased to say that the stain came out and the jacket looks as good as when I purchased it. Definitely using this dry cleaner from now on.

I had been going to farrington dry cleaners for years.
Recently been back and the man I dealt with on the first occasion was very rude and had very poor people skills.
Gave him the benefit of the doubt and went back a second time with a dress they dry cleaned previously when I realised it was still dirty!! The lady I dealt with was great, but when I had to speak with the same man again he was rude and arrogant. I asked if the company had changed owners and it has, I definitely won't be back while the customer service and workmanship is so poor.
In the end the dress was still returned to me dirty

Got my wedding dress dry cleaned and boxed here recently. I got married 2 years ago, just took my time getting the dress cleaned ;P there was a huge stain down the front of my dress and through all 7 layers, I had no idea what it was. I must have spilled something on the night.
Anyway, these guys got the whole thing out depsjte not knowing what it was. I was blown away. I thought for sure there would be a bit of evidence of the stain but it was all gone! Amazing.
