Our billable timeframe for Residential and Office Relocations starts when we arrive at the Pickup location and will end once the truck is unloaded at the final destination. Besides, we charge in 15 minutes blocks instead of a full hour or half-hour; therefore, if a job takes 3 hours and 15 minutes, we would charge 3.25 and not 4 hours.

Heavy items should be place in small boxes and wrap any pointing corner to avoid scratching. Bubble wrap is the best friend for your valuable items. Use it wisely to cover anything that can be easily scratched or even you can use old blankets/towels.
