Founder and designer Carmel Patchett channels her love of nature by using high quality natural fabrics such as linen and cotton to keep her clothing light, cool and easy-to-wear. She adds knits for texture and silks for soft draping and elegance. Each garment is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted to last season after season.
Carmel launched her label as a one-woman show in Queensland in 1999 and has developed it to sell in more than 40 boutiques nationwide. I live by the sea so I can't help but be inspired by its relaxed vibe. I also love to travel through Italy and the French countryside to soak up the fashion and lifestyle, which is effortlessly chic.
