Unfortunately Ritz Party Hire has become the wild west. They are completely disorganised; the management is rude and completely detached from any compassion or reality. The jukebox music is so outdated. They barely produce a quality of sound better than a mobile. Good luck with a refund. The equipment is often uncleaned and very late.... if you even receive it.

Hired a karaoke machine for Saturday night, It arrived late, not the machine we hired and he failed to bring a trolley so my husband had to do it with our own. It was supposed to be filled with the latest music yet we couldn't find anything from the past decade, we advised him when he came to collect it and he just said thats not possible and that it was updated 4 weeks ago. I told him I'll turn it on to show him, he refused and kept insisting that it had the latest music on it. Once he had taken the machine he did end up saying that it was possible that that machine missed the update. (I'd say
