In light of the announcement made by BDAFA today regarding the abandonment of the 2021 season, the RWFC Executive Committee have met to discuss implications for our members, who are no doubt considering whether refunds from 2021 registration fees will be offered by the club.
Annual registration fees have many components, which include; association fees to BDAFA, Football NSW fees including player insurance, general costs of administration of our own club, and fixed costs such as ground hire and flood lighting.With the abandonment of the season, we anticipate we will not incur some of these expenses and expect to receive partial refunds on some other expenses.

A player's eligible age is determined by the age they attain in the current calendar year. A player may not register or participate in an age group which is more than two (2) years above the age they turn in the current calendar year (exceptions at the discretion of BDAFA). Hence a kid turning 7 anytime this year can play in either Grade 7, Grade 8 or Grade 9.

As you are all aware The Workers Football Club has invested a lot of our resources to grow Girls & Ladies Football in the last few years in Bankstown. This has resulted in RWFC growing year-on-year in this area. In addition to the normal winter competitions, RWFC have also organised Girls, Ladies & Over-30 Ladies competitions over the summer months to ensure our Girls & Ladies play our sport throughout the year.
