Just installed our 4m umbrella. You can see from the construction that it is built to last. It's so easy to wind up and manoeuvre.

Useless umbrella. Any amount of wind it swings away from its position. I've used the lock pin and tightened it. I feel so disappointed to have spent around $4000 on something we can't use. Definitely not rated to the wind rating it claims. I was also promised a stainless steel base but received galvanised steel. I guess they think their customers don't know the difference.

We have tried numerous Umbrellas in the past, which lasted a couple of years when looked after. We built our first home and invested in a Cantilever Umbrella from Boss Shade. They do seem expensive initially. However, these are strong and excellent long-term investments.
