Yes you heard it 8, yes that's 8 bands rockin the gazebo from 11.30am to 5.00pm: Sausage Sizzle and Meat. A great time. The Windsor Bowls Club ran a major fund raiser over the last few months with a raffle of a trailer. The formality of the bowls attire on and off the green changed dramatically over a Century and probably lagged behind.

We are a community-based, family-friendly, fully licensed club with a range of facilities and activities to suit all ages. Servicing inner north Brisbane and the immediate suburbs of Windsor, Lutwyche, Albion, Wooloowin, Wilston, Bowen Hills and Clayfield, we are nestled within the Windsor Park sporting facilities precinct.
History

Founded in 1921 Windsor Bowls Club has been located at its present site, Windsor Park, for over 100 years. Many changes to the Club's facilities have been made over the years, the most recent redevelopment taking place in 1997 when a major refurbishment of the bar was undertaken. Further redevelopment plans are underway as we continue to improve the facilities for members, their guests and the community.

Come in, relax, grab a drink and enjoy a night off. Bring the family down or meet your friends to dine on delicious food served up by our Cook. If you require gluten free, vegetarian or vegan options please speak with our Cook in advance, as these may take a little longer to prepare. We are a small Club so if your group is more than 10 persons it is best to book so we can be prepared and offer prompt service.
