We were very pleased with the sanding of our floors that had yellowed and stained with incorrect polishing. They are now clean, smooth and light honey coloured. The process was water based with a satin finish.

We had Total Floor Service repair, sand, seal and polish our floors recently. The repair work was a bit tricky, but they handled it well. The sanding, sealing and polishing was all done in a day and the results were excellent. We still walk in and are amazed by the improvement (and we thought our floors were pretty nice before!). We recommend Hany and his team at Total Floor Service.
