Booked a service online, recieved a confirmation with time to drop off and time to pickup, when I went to drop the car off they tell me they cant fit it in, allegedly tried to call me (no missed call or msgs). They also tell me that the "online" bookings need to be confirmed in person, so the "confirmation" you recieve online is worthless. Their answer to my wasted time today was "we could take a look and see when we could book you in later". What a joke, will take all my business elsewhere from now.

First time I've bought a car where the process was easy and enjoyable. Well looked after by the team, everything was explained clearly and there were no attempts at fast-talking/pushing to upsell. Thinking of the amount of time I wasted with dodgy car dealers and expensive lemons makes me wish I'd come here years ago.
