As a registered carrier services provider, we offer our own suite of specialised Business Telco products and services including Landlines, SIP Trunks, Mobile Plans, Internet and NBN services.

NCTS provide a host of on-site services utilising our own local experienced technicians including installation and maintenance of all Telecommunications and internet/ data equipment. We also provide assistance with the management of your phone bill and associated services regardless of who your Telco provider is, including auditing and managing services to ensure the best functionality for the best price.

Please check with your phone and internet service provider to see if there are any issues with their network. We are currently performing planned network maintenance. Service interruptions will take place after {{maintenanceStartTime}} but should not exceed more than a total of {{maintenanceDuration}}.
Telco

NCTS provides a full suite of very competitively priced Telco products and services, specially tailored to suit small to medium enterprises. Each customer is personally consulted to ensure the right product is offered and provisioned to ensure effective, reliable communications that won't send you broke.
Internet

NCTS provides a competitive range of business plans on the National Broadband Network (NBN). NBN services not only provide your internet access but also carries your voice lines utilising VoIP technology. Each plan has a minimum contract term of 12 months. Max Plan is not available on NCTS fixed wireless NBN service.
Voice

SIP Trunks are also known as VoIP technology. SIP Trunks are phone lines that work on the NBN or other internet based platforms such as 4G, wireless and even ADSL services. A SIP Trunk is the equivalent replacement to a single line such as PSTN or a ISDN channel. NCTS can provide SIP Trunks on the NBN or our own NCTS Wireless network.
