Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum 20 units for jackets/hoodies, 10 units for sublimation gear. Smaller quantities available for repeat orders with surcharge.
How long does production take?
Local print/embroidery: 2-3 weeks. Sublimation: 4-6 weeks. Jackets/hoodies: 8-10 weeks. Samples ready in 4 weeks.
Can I get a free sample?
PP samples provided free for offshore production. Local production samples available for review with postal charges applying.
What payment options are available?
Cash, cheque, direct deposit, or credit card (2.5% surcharge). 50% deposit required to start production.
Do you offer design assistance?
Free design consultations with expert guidance. Our team helps create custom designs through our online platform or in-person appointments.
What is your return policy?
Returns accepted within 7 business days of receipt. Garments must be inspected immediately and issues reported promptly for manufacturing faults.

Indigo Wolf were just perfect for us! They were patient and accomodating to my many requests and we finished with a product (running shirts) which looked amazing, felt great to wear and were very well priced. The students love them! We could not recommend them anymore and will certainly be going back for another order sometime soon.

The jerseys that we ordered are wonderful and the options for modifying them were endless. The staff catered to every request, no matter what it was. I can't speak more highly of them.

A great selection of sportswear that we could tailor to our particular schools needs. Very helpful staff who were prompt with designs and alterations as well as other correspondence. There were no issues when the final order arrived and all our team apparel looked great. Would definetly go back when needing other gear.

Outstanding service, awesome product. I bought a bulk order of winter beanies for our clinic, Myogen, and I couldn't fault the process from the initial order to having the stock delivered. The design process was super quick and easy and couldn't be happier with the quality of the end result. We'll definitely be ordering again!

I ordered our senior high school jackets through Indigo Wolf. Raquel and Loida made designing the jackets a breeze. Our jackets came promptly and looked great! The cut of our jackets was slimmer than others, which the students loved. They also loved having an alternate, reversible raincoat version of their jackets, which has pleased all different tastes around the cohort.
