Been here for very small alteration, did not even charge me. Other places in fgate would hv charged me about $20 for sure. Very friendly lady. Definately go back!

They did it straight away. The customer service was excellent.
When I went and collected them they didn’t even charge me. I thought a few dollars.

Fountain Gate Dry Cleaners have consistently provided a professional and quality service for the many years I have been a customer. Conveniently located near the entrance (L2 Orange Carpark, near Coles) - I won't go anywhere else.

I gave three white shirts to be dry cleaned and pressed.
One was not properly pressed. Another was full of some dark substance.
Staff was rude and argumentative.
I will not go there again.

Bought pair of pants online which had a hole in them, dropped it at Fountain Gate Dry Cleaners and was sorted out with in few hours!

Really happy with the service for the price. Took 2 long coats and a blazer and they cleaned them very well. Had some black marks on my pink coat which I thought wouldn't come out, but they made it possible. Good as new. Thanks!

Took 3 jackets to get them dry-cleaned. When I went to pick them up the lady at the counter asked for the payment first, I didn't hesitate and payed assuming all was in order (big mistake). When she returned with the 3 garments she described as follows...
Jacket#1 "When we started cleaning we noticed that the colour from the black started running into the white and we stopped immediately and wanted to let you know that you should contact the manufacturer"
Analogy: little labour involved, jacket damaged beyond repair. That's ok I accepted it.

I find them good. The staff are pleasant the clothes are always ready on or before the stated time. If on rare occasions something doesn't come up as clean as I hoped it's far less often than with other dry cleaners I've used. I tried another dry cleaner much closer to home and I went back to Fountain Gate Dry Cleaners. Pick of the bunch for me.
