In 2006 Darrin & Abbey took over the Acacia Ridge Pet Motel, renaming the boarding kennel as Acacia Ridge Pet Resort and giving the whole facility a makeover. Additions included three large grassed dog exercise yards, a cat playground, 8 luxury suites for pampered pooches and 13 feline luxury suites.

Acacia Ridge Pet Resort offers your dog two styles of accommodation; Standard Kennels and Luxury Suites. Our standard canine accommodation is clean, spacious and bright, the kennels are 6.5m long - dogs have an indoor and outdoor area, all completely sheltered. Each kennel has a slumber bed, a fresh polar fleece blanket and fresh water.
Cat Boarding

Deluxe Cat Condos are 2m long, 1m wide and 2.5m high, they are spacious with a full garden outlook. Each condo has a large scratching pole, with platforms to jump on and a carpet sleeping box with Polar Fleece Blanket. Cats in the deluxe condos receive complimentary playtime daily in our garden outlook playground!
Luxury Suites

Our Feline Luxury Suites are for the fussiest of all cats! They are air-conditioned, have luxurious furniture and bedding, private enclosed sun decks that will be sheltered from any rain, and of course scratching posts and platforms! Cats will receive daily exercise and cuddles in the playroom, always individually or family cats together.
Dog Playtimes & Grooming

Every canine guest has playtime in our grassed exercise yards daily. This is either social playtime with other dogs of the same size, age and temperament or solo playtime if that's more suitable for your pooch. Dog Personal Play sessions involve one on one - ball chasing, tug-o-war, chasey and cuddles.
