Booked an appointment but my appointment was being pushed from my confirmed booking. I arrived 15 mins before my booking with expectation this is an appointment place so there is no delay. I asked the staff but no explanation. The staff just continued services but not willing to help me. I would like to see your staff to actively resolve the issue instead of I dont know. I showed my booking email that I have the correct booking time still no answer and I had to leave because no solution given. Very disappointed.

Great booking system. Ross was really entertaining and I was happy with the cut. You definitely want to book in advance. Walk-in spots can be hard to come by.

I knew I was going to be a bit late so I rang up to let them know and apologise, and I was asked what I was going to have done which I responded with just a trim on the sides, Ryan then told me to still come in. I arrived at the shop to be quickly and rudely told I was too late and there was nothing that could be done. Definitely would recommend not going to this barbers.
