Frank is a company leader with practical business experience. He understands problems and know how to solve them. His staff are experienced tradespeople (well, at least the people working on my job). I was pleased with their attention to detail, and the genuine desire to do a good job. Their attitude is consistent with Frank's who was more interested in completing the job to my satisfaction than quibbling amount the small variations. That said, my attitude may have assisted, because I never treated Frank or his staff as contractors. To me, they were all people with whom I was working cooperatively
