Built in 2004 on one of the most unique locations in Mornington Peninsula, Waves has won numerous awards and been featured on various travel and lifestyle programs.

A vegetable curry of sweet potatoes, zucchini, capsicum & spinach, simmered in a smoky eggplant sauce. Despite using a separate area and a separate fryer for the preparation and cooking of gluten free items, our chefs are unable to guarantee the absolute removal of trace amounts of allergens.

The finger foods are of generous proportions. We have a supervisor monitoring guest satisfaction to ensure that each and every guest is extremely satisfied. Lamb Cigars - Slow roasted lamb shoulder with feta, mint & Middle Eastern spices, wrapped in crispy pastry, served with tzatziki. Spicy salt calamari - Spicy salt seasoned calamari served with a chilli apple cider dipping sauce (gf).
