PP&E Valuations provide professional property, plant and equipment valuation services for financial reporting purposes. Fair Value is the key basis of value required for financial reporting purposes. It is defined in AASB116 Property, Plant and Equipment as "the amount for which an asset could be exchanged or a liability settled between knowledgeable willing parties in an arm's length transaction".
