Biomechanical Assessment
This service involves detailed movement pattern analysis to identify biomechanical imbalances contributing to injury or pain. Custom orthotics and corrective exercises are prescribed to address structural issues affecting the lower limbs and spine. Our assessments help prevent recurring injuries and improve athletic performance.

We provide comprehensive rehabilitation for sports-related injuries, combining manual therapy with progressive exercise programmes. Our approach ensures safe return to sport while addressing underlying factors that may contribute to re-injury. Treatment includes strength training, flexibility work, and sport-specific conditioning.

Report
I've been going to Rob Tindale at New England physio for several years. He's been an excellent physio for my chronic injuries, and has supported me to re-engage in, and then push myself in exercise I've often thought wasn't possible due to injury or discomfort. I also appreciate his availability and generosity with his expertise, particularly his willingness to liaise with other health professionals when needed, including my GP and other complimentary specialists.
