ACTAM Symphony
Report
The ACTAM Symphony Program will periodically provide training and performance opportunities for young and emerging orchestral musicians. The program will be structured with flexible options to suit different participants. Each symphony program will be contained within a school holiday period, thus supporting developing musicians who can still maintain their existing commitments to other orchestras and programs in the Canberra community.
Individual Lessons

The teachers at ACTAM are all excellent in their own areas of expertise and it would be our pleasure to put our extensive experience to work for you. Fees range from $35 to $65 per half hour depending on the teacher, this difference reflects the qualifications and experience of each teacher. You can choose to have casual lessons, or you can enrol for the semester and receive a substantial discount (about $8 per lesson).

In this current climate we are all challenged to look at new ways to educate and at ACTAM we are moving quickly to provide quality options for our students. We are now back to lessons in person, however video lessons remain an option for all students. We recommend that if students or their family members are ill that they choose a video lesson to keep us all safe.
Early Childhood

The ACT Academy of Music is delighted to invite Mums, Dads, bubs and kids up to school age to our specially-designed music classes for kids 0 to 5 years. Each class features fun, interactive songs and activities designed to create and inspire kids at the start of their musical lives. Kids explore pitch and rhythm as well as many other music fundamentals, kindling an interest that will continue for many years to come.

If you would like us to offer a new course at your school please contact us! ACTAM is proud to have been offering tuition at Lyneham Primary since 2012. We have many teachers coming to the school each week and we also provide the choral director and accompanist for the school's choir, Lyneham Singers.
