Male staff member in gaming room is loud, obnoxious and over familiar. His uniform is sloppy and requires attention. Another member described his behaviour as cringeworthy. For voicing my opinion to both staff member and to management.,I have just been informed by a female manager that I can expect to be suspended. After posting this review I now expect to have my membership revoked.

At their suggestion we took our 7yo and 4yo grandchildren there for tea on Saturday night. It was great! Food, playground and service were fantastic. We will be back....with, or without, the kiddies
