Michael is a fantastic optometrist and really knows his stuff. I ordered a pair of glasses and their was a minor issue which was resolved really efficiently and with minimal hassle. I have always found Glenferrie optical to have excellent communication and customer service. I will be going back in future for any glasses or lenses that I need!
