Had Zasha for the haircut at level 1. Haircut was ok. But not wearing mask despite gently reminding. Laughing and chatting along the way and chewing gums. Not the most professional esp the price is on the higher end compare to others. Been to other Col Nayler and always happy. Highly disappointed this time.

Not the best barber. Just another Westfield barber who profit off $42 haircuts that are completed in less than 10 minutes. Barber didn't listen to what I wanted and questioned why I would want a short haircut when my hair is "thinning". Rude and won't go back. Only giving three stars because they are in a convenient location. Barber complained the whole time that Starbucks wouldn't wouldn't accept his short change - imagine if I did that to them?

Old mate ruined my mullet! Didnt listen to what I wanted, gave me what he thought I needed. Cut my mullet after saying not to and cut too much off the top.
Burnt my head and ears with the hair dryer! Will never be going back to col nayler level 1 what a joke get, some real hair dresses in there!!
