As the founder of Allscaf Access, Tom is dedicated to maintaining the success of his company and the happiness of his employees. With over 50 years of experience in the scaffolding and formwork industry and a strong background in design and management, he offers a wealth of knowledge to clients. Working closely with his experienced team, Tom has developed Allscaf Access into a professional and respected access company in Queensland.
Tom was also a founding member of the Scaffold Association of Queensland some 25 years ago and has served on the executive committee of the SAQ for many years. Malcolm has been a valued member of Allscaf Access for more than 25 years. Over his 40 years' experience in the scaffolding industry, he has worked for a number of major scaffolding companies where he gained invaluable knowledge and refined his business development skills.
