My name is Briony Hardinge and my portrait and wedding studio is located in Albury, NSW. I specialise in family portrait photography - including baby, children and couple photography. I also take a limited number of weddings each year. I have no magic formula or checklist for what we are going to do in family photo sessions.
Like life itself, it's better when we make things up as we go along; getting to know you and, capturing what happens along the way. So, let's go outside and enjoy the day, the natural light, have some fun and let my camera tell the story. That means we can hold the cheese. We can keep awkward, clichd poses to a minimum.

About
Report
I'm crazy obsessed with beautiful light, forehead kisses, upside down moments and telling stories with my camera. I didn't intend to be a photographer, to be honest, but on the way through my graphic design degree, something happened. The studio was originally established in 1978 by Rod Hardinge (often mistaken for my dad but is very much my father in law).

The Experience
Report
We'll chat on the phone or over email or in the studio to discuss your wishes, preferences and specifications. During the booking process, we can discuss the ideal location for your portraits to be taken. Do you prefer rustic, vintage, urban, modern, garden, architectural or traditional style? Two days before your session, I'll give you a quick check-in call to confirm all the details - timing, locations and where we will be meeting.

Portrait FAQ
Report
I'm always on the lookout for new locations, so I may also have some fun, last-minute suggestions for you to consider! Focus on complimentary tones, beautiful texture and simplicity so that YOU shine in your photographs. Try to coordinate, but avoid being too matchy-matchy. Cover the bits you don't like, make the most of the bits you do like.
