The Albert Park Hockey and Tennis Centre operates as a tennis facility for six months of the year, and also operates as a leading Victorian hockey venue for the other six months (April-September). Albert Park Hockey and Tennis Centre is an easily-accesible facility in a great setting. Situated close to public transport and the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre, the centre is located in Hockey Drive at the Fitzroy Street end of beautiful Albert Park. The venue features 12 synthetic grass tennis courts during the summer season (October to March) and a hockey pitch during the winter season (April to September).

Coaching

Level: All standards and levels are catered for and lessons tailored to your individual needs Classes of 4 of similar standard are normally grouped together. These sessions are designed for those interested in occasional lessons rather than a 10 week block, or who want to try coaching for the first time.
Competitions
Report
Running on Monday and Tuesday nights from 8.00pm - 10.00pm, our very popular and enjoyable mixed social competition caters for all levels of ability. Teams consist of 4 players, two males and two females, with all players playing three sets of doubles. Seasons are around 9 weeks in length and there are two courts allocated for all matches so there is little or no time waiting around.
