Trying hard to keep it local. Took my payment upfront and then informed me the products I ordered were on back order, later told me my shirts had arrived damaged. When I tried to cancel the order I was told I would be charged a 10% restocking fee. Really disappointed with both the service and communication.

Be very careful before you buy, if like me you purchase the normal size in jeans and they are a bit smaller than usual. To exchange they will charge you a $10 'restock' fee and another $10 for postage and if you want a refund you won't get it. You will get an instore credit. Be aware and read the policy before you order!!

I am a small one man business and thought I would place an order for embroided polo shirts, polo micro fleece vest, Razor team jacket and a Nitro Jacket for wet weather.
