Glenelg Art Gallery
Artists from the Gallery participate in all major events such as SALA & Fringe and include many Award winners as well as emerging artists. Established in its new format in 2008, Glenelg Art Gallery first opened in a small Moseley Street building. Now, a large split level space right next to the tram stop at the beach offers a place to relax and browse, to meet Artists, ask questions, find a treasure or perfect gift.

Making this an important part of personal support for Indigenous Artists, who visit from central Australia, Alice Springs and Communities down through the APY Lands.

Traditionally in Culture there is men's business and women's business. The traditional structures that supported balance between people and nature's many facets are represnted in paintings. The stories we see today are the same stories as have always been told. Some are maps, some are explainations, some are about ancetory, beliefs, wisdom and survial.

My name is Amanda Westley and I am a Ngarrindjeri woman and artist, born in Victor Harbor, South Australia. The Pitjantjatjara country consists of a long chain of mountain ranges, the Musgraves, Mann and Tomkinsons, stretching east to west on the southern side of the Northern Territory border, isolated ranges and hills and extensive sandhill plains.
I focus on shape and form in my work, this is why I use black and white. Black forges a beautiful void in the space it inhabits, cutting its own form from its surroundings. Andrew is a landscape painter and scientist who records the fast disappearing images found in nature in the remote regions of Australia.
At Belle'Botanique Pty Ltd, we provide personal care products and perfumes with a mission for cleaner, more sustainable and high-performing products, and increase consumer confidence in 'clean beauty & natural perfumes' claims. Customers deserve the best, and we aim to serve their needs. Paul is a professional woodturner.

The Glenelg Art Gallery plays host to many of Australia's most talented Aboriginal and contemporary Australian artists. It's easy to find yourself lost in your surrounds as you weave your way through the galleries numerous pockets, the tales of the various clans coming to life as the magic woven into the fabric of their stories gets told through their art. Off in the distances, one swears one hears the sound of the didgeridoo play as clans perform their magik within the sacred confines of the Aboriginal world. Absolutely worth a visit.
