It helps you to separate yourself from your thoughts, your emotions and your body, to become the observer allowing you to release negative thoughts and emotions! Meditation is a mental training of the mind, removing the internal chatter and dialog that constantly keeps our minds busy.
Reiki

Reiki channels the universal energy through a hands-on healing modality, an ancient art that originated by a Japanese Buddhist called Dr Mikao Usui in 1922. When Reiki is activated it addresses the mind, body and spirit accelerating a person's natural ability to heal or clear any imbalances, promoting well-being and bringing you back to a balanced wellness.
